A leading Residential and Commercial Construction Company having offices in Canterbury and Central Otago, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deal with various types of commercial responsibilities.
The candidate has to acquire ownership of the full lifecycle of commercial management from the present company managers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Estimating and Tendering
- Processing and negotiating variations
- Measurements & Cost estimations
- Client & subcontractor liaison
- Strong determination to accomplish assigned tasks
- Risk management and interim valuations
- Progress claims & Invoicing
- Participating site meetings
- Financial management, project budget control, reporting
- Contract administration
