The candidate has to acquire ownership of the full lifecycle of commercial management from the present company managers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Estimating and Tendering
- Processing and negotiating variations
- Measurements & Cost estimations
- Client & subcontractor liaison
- Strong determination to accomplish assigned tasks
- Risk management and interim valuations
- Progress claims & Invoicing
- Participating site meetings
- Financial management, project budget control, reporting
