Ballyclare, Belfast Customer Service Centre – Permanent, Full Time.
Salary: £30,444.96
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 days.
Role Overview
Deliver and install a range of smart technology products to customers, ensuring timely delivery and memorable customer encounters. The role involves driving to customer locations, handling heavy stock, and providing installation services for appliances and electronics.
Responsibilities
- Ensure correct products are delivered to the right places at the scheduled times.
- Install a variety of products including washing machines, fridge‑freezers, 4K TVs and more.
- Provide excellent customer service, creating memorable encounters.
- Lift heavy items and perform a multi‑drop driving schedule.
