Responsibilities
- Arrange and prepare stocks in advance according to the Sales Representatives' distribution plan.
- Issue stocks to Sales Representatives at the start of each day, ensuring the actual stock quantities issued tally with the Sales Representatives' stock reconciliation report.
- Receive balance stocks from Sales Representatives at the end of each day, ensuring the actual quantities tally with the Sales Representatives' stock reconciliation report.
- Receive deliveries of stocks from external contract warehouses and stack/store them properly while practising FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Perform housekeeping duties related to warehouse maintenance to ensure a clean, safe and conducive storage environment.
- Assist in the organisation of market returns, manufacturing fault stocks and stock destruction activities.
