6G Engineer

Summary: VIAVI Solutions is seeking 6G Engineer to join our global advanced innovation center in Singapore. You will play a key role in rapid prototyping next-generation (6G) wireless communication systems, bridging the gap between theoretical innovation and real-world implementation. Duties & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Work with VIAVI's product teams to develop 6G technologies, including massive MIMO, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), and AI-native radio systems using AI tools for software development. Rapid prototyping of new concepts on CPU and/or GPUs for collaboration and evaluation with customers. Develop simulation and emulation models (MATLAB, Python, C/C++) to assess physical layer and system-level performance.
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements: Education: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in wireless communication theory (OFDM, MIMO, beamforming, ...
