Job Description
- Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and customer-specific requirements.
- Own customer quality performance : manage complaints, root cause analysis (8D), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final quality control for SMT, PCBA, box build, and final assembly.
- Drive process quality improvements using tools such as SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, and risk analysis.
