Job Description:
- Lead the engineering team in NPI (new product introduction) projects from concept, through prototyping, industrialisation, validation, and pilot production.
- Oversee process engineering , including development of BOMs, FMEA, control plans, routings, jigs/fixtures, and standard working instructions.
- Manage resource planning , team performance, and development of engineers across disciplinesmechanical, electrical, automation.
- Liaise closely with Quality, R&D, Test, and Production departments to ensure deliverables meet IPC610 standards and customer requirements.
