Key Responsibilities- Assist with Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Assist in monthly recruitment data and reports for SG and Southeast Asia region.
- Assist in hiring of interns, planning and coordinating Internship Engagement Activities.
- Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork and preparation are completed.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information in Workday.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
