**Job Description**
This role focuses on programming and optimizing 5-axis CNC milling operations for aerospace components using Mastercam. You will create, modify, and refine CNC programs to support complex, precision machining in a fast-paced, high-technology environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Program 5-axis CNC mills using Mastercam to produce complex aerospace components with high precision and quality.
+ Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle times, tool life, and part quality.
+ Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications to create accurate toolpaths and machining strategies.
+ Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers and the engineering team to ensure manufacturability and alignment with design intent.
+ Set up or support the setup of 5-axis CNC machines by defining tooling, fixtures, and workholding requirements within the program.
