3d architectural visualizer

Job Responsibilities:
· Create high-quality, realistic 3 D models and renderings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
· Collaborate with architects and interior designers to interpret architectural drawings and develop accurate 3 D visualizations.
· Develop animations, walkthroughs, and virtual reality presentations to showcase project designs.
· Apply textures, materials, lighting, and camera settings to achieve photorealistic effects.
· Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for branding and promotional materials.
· Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a 3 D Visualizer in architecture or design firms.
· Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, D5 render, Unreal game engine, Chaos Vantage, advance AI integration and other relevant 3 D software.
