TEMP VILLA SENIOR STEW - IBIZA
We are seeking an experienced Stewardess to join a villa support team in Ibiza for part of the summer season.
The role
- Contract dates: 15th June – 3rd August 2026
- Housekeeping and Service focused role within a small villa team of 5
- Wellness-focused guest environment with a calm, relaxed atmosphere
- Staff accommodation located separately from the main villa
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in yachting or luxury hospitality
- Senior or 2nd Stewardess-level experience preferred
- Strong housekeeping and service standards and excellent presentation
- Mature, discreet and comfortable in a guest‑focused environment
- Must currently be based in the UK or Europe
- Spanish speaking is a bonus - but not a requirement
