About the Role
**Now Hiring: Manufacturing Assemblers — Build a Career With a Minnesota Industry Leader**
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–3:00am (48 hours/week with 8 hours of built‑in overtime)
Pay: $18–$19/hr based on experience, plus $2/hr shift differential once hired on directly
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm, with Friday overtime as needed
Pay: $18–$19/hr based on experience
**About the Role**

As a Manufacturing Assembler in our modern Hugo facility, you’ll work in a dynamic production environment building walls, floors, trusses, and stairs using a variety of tools and equipment.
