About the Role
The Teach for the Philippines (TFP) Fellowship Program is a two-year leadership development opportunity where you'll work as a TFP Fellow alongside a public school and its local community – teaching, leading programs, and strengthening local education systems for lasting change.

What does a Fellow do?
- Year 1: Facilitate literacy, numeracy, and life skills sessions through TFP's Tara, Kaya! Program
- Year 2: Work with local leaders to co-design and implement capacity‑building programs for stakeholders like early childhood development workers, parents (called Gabays), and Alternative Learning System learners
