**Job Description**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler-Welder to join our Enclosure Department. This role involves performing both assembly and welding tasks for large enclosures.
**Will Pay Based On Experience**
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble enclosure panels and components according to drawings, prints, and work instructions.
+ Perform light welding tasks as required, constituting approximately 15% of the role.
+ Measure, cut, and install insulation materials such as Rockwool.
+ Install and secure materials including perforated sheet metal, plastic panels, and insulation.
+ Use hand and power tools such as clamps, impact drivers, drills, and measuring tools.
+ Ensure all components are properly aligned, fastened, and securely installed.
+ Work collaboratively within a 3–4-person team to meet production goals.
