Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1/2 hr lunch break

When necessary, cover duty for colleagues on early shift: 6.30am to 3.30pm (inclusive of 1/2 hour lunch break)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Operations Support Officer (OSO) in a school setting
• Competent in using common smartphone applications (e.g. internet browser, Singpass, Whatsapp), and Walkie Talkies
