1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: South Shields
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Start Date: Immediate
Do you enjoy working closely with one pupil and seeing their progress day by day?
This role involves dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil who benefits from consistency, encouragement, and clear routines.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing tailored 1:1 support
Supporting learning and emotional needs
Helping manage routines and transitions
Working closely with SEN staff
What we’re looking for:
1:1 or SEND experience
Patience and empathy
Strong relationship-building skills
