Job Responsibility
- Manage office facilities, maintenance, security access, CCTV, and workplace safety.
- Verify and key in invoices, staff claims, petty cash, and provide finance administrative support.
- Source and manage vendors, procurement, contracts, and supplier records.
- Perform reception duties, visitor management, and general office administration.
- Provide administrative support including travel arrangements, logistics, stationery, and office inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance, meeting room management, and workplace facilities.
- Manage document archiving, confidential document destruction, and key/signatory records.
- Support audits, compliance, and facilities-related projects such as office renovations and workspace reconfiguration.
