About the Job
- Provide support for Workday functional modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Benefits, Learning, Talent Management) and third‑party integration.
- Ensure enhancements or changes aligned with company standards, business processes and security requirements.
- Deliver assigned Incident & Change Requests according to SLA.
- Execute Workday configuration and customization.
- Participate in Workday reports and dashboards creation.
- Participate in regional project activities (if any).
