Warehouse Supervisor

Job Requirements Supervise, lead, and manage warehouse staff on a daily basis, including task allocation, work supervision, training, and performance follow‑up Enforce strict inbound control, ensuring all received goods are the correct products and quantities Properly inspected for quality and condition before acceptance Enforce strict outbound shipment control Ensure inventory accuracy through proper storage, systematic checks, and immediate investigation and correction of discrepancies Ensure clear, accurate, and complete labeling for all products at every stage Oversee and control all warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure efficiency and accuracy Actively identify risks or weaknesses in warehouse operations and implement corrective actions to prevent errors and losses Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment in warehouse operational areas & warehouse office.
