Warehouse Assistant - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery and purchase orders
• Label, sort, and store materials in designated locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records in systems (e.g. Syspro)
• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and support stock audits
• Prepare and issue materials for production based on BOM/material lists
• Ensure accuracy of part numbers and quantities issued to production
• Support kitting activities and ensure timely supply to the production floor
• Coordinate closely with Production to support daily operations
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting
• Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse environment
