About the Role

We are hiring a Vessel Operator (Container / Dry Bulk) to take end‑to‑end operational and commercial responsibility for assigned vessels, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective voyage execution. The role requires strong commercial acumen, proactive operational oversight, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in a ship‑owning/ship‑operating environment and can independently manage voyage performance, claims, charter party disputes, and day‑to‑day operational challenges. The position reports to the Operations Manager.
