What You'll Do:HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- Maintain meticulous personnel records & HR databases
Compliance & Payroll
- Process MOM submissions, work passes, and statutory filings
- Coordinate payroll data, leave claims, and staff benefits
Recruitment Support
- Post jobs, schedule interviews, and manage hiring documentation
Office Management
- Oversee supplies, vendor relations, and company asset tracking
- 2–3 years HR/Admin experience (Singapore employment law knowledge)
