Job Overview

The LATAM region requires a manager to lead the delivery of tax compliance (direct and indirect) and support the delivery of statutory accounts across LATAM. The role includes leading a team of seven individuals responsible for tax returns and statutory accounts for Brazil, while overseeing an outsourced model for other Latin American countries and implementing changes required by Brazil Tax Reform.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all tax returns and statutory accounts across LATAM are accurate and submitted on time, and that tax payments are made within the relevant timeframes.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen tax compliance processes to eliminate financial and reputational risk, and oversee implementation of such process improvements.
• Monitor tax legislation to keep processes up to date with any changes in tax law.
