Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall experience in technology or business transformation
- 5+ years leading large‑scale transformation programs or portfolios
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors and 3rd ‑party tool implementations
- Prior experience in large enterprise or global accounts preferred
- Program/Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, PRINCE2) – preferred
