Responsibilities

- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions in various formats.
- Monitor training budgets and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain and update training records, materials, and learning management systems (LMS).
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
