TECHNICIAN Job Responsibilities Building Maintenance & General Handyman Work Conduct regular inspections to ensure buildings are maintained in good condition. Perform minor repairs on mechanical & electrical (M&E) services and installations, including general handyman work such as fitting, installation, electrical wiring, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. Supervise conservancy and building maintenance, ensuring that all works carried out by term contractors are completed properly and on time. Attend to and investigate tenant complaints regarding maintenance and service works, ensuring tenant satisfaction. Assist the Management Team as a member of the CERT team during emergencies. Electrical Systems & Equipment Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
