About the Role

The TA Manager/Assistant Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our BPO operations, focusing on high-volume scalability, specialized Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) roles, and AI-augmented hiring workflows. Your mission is to ensure we meet aggressive Day 1 training class targets while maintaining a high quality of hire and a mobile-first candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Volume Sourcing

  • Ramp-up Management: Execute large-scale hiring plans (50–500+ hires per month) to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Multichannel Sourcing: Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools, social media, employee referrals, and niche job boards to build a continuous talent pipeline.
  • Campus & Community Partnering: Manage relationships with universities and local vocational centers for entry-level agent pipelines.
