About the Role
- Assist with posting job advertisements on hiring platforms
- Upload candidate profiles to internal system
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring records
- Support onboarding documentation and administrative tasks when assigned
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks when assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
