Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling of post‑interview debrief meetings.
  • Provide debrief materials.
  • Assist in the execution of other recruiting activities as needed.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system.
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or human resources experience.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and guide them to closure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, able to change direction quickly.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Able to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
