Macpac Ashburton is looking for a hands‑on Store Manager to join our tight‑knit team, covering a parental leave up until February 2027.

Located in a rural community, this store is all about pitching in, rolling up your sleeves and doing what it takes to support the team and our customers. With a small, stable team, everyone plays a part — from leading the floor and visual merchandising to stock, service and day‑to‑day operations.

• Fixed term, full time role
