Position Overview
Facilitate, supervise, and conduct regional repair of Encore owned equipment. Responsible for implementing & overseeing daily and quarterly equipment repair and quality control (QC) processes.
Conducts product research, performs random and planned quality control checks on regional equipment. Purchases shop related items and provides reporting as necessary on key repair metrics.
May supervise a Repair Techncian. Reports into Warehoue Supervisor or Warehouse Manager subject to region.
Key Job Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Repair: • Oversee and perform technical & cosmetic repair and maintenance on Encore equipment and road cases. • Support all Quality Control processes and procedures.
