Job Description:
Lead the technical design of D CE (Sales, Service) solutions aligned with business processes and transformation goals. Define and implement scalable, secure, and extensible CRM architecture. Ensure alignment with the Calandra End-State Architecture and integration with D F&O via Dual-write. Platform Modernization & Customization Oversee the migration from legacy CRM (AX ) to D CE for BB and BC operations. Configure and customize D CE using Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate. Enable out-of-the-box features and extend capabilities using custom development where needed.
