About the Role
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring the project is on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise on-site staff, including workers, contractors, and subcontractors. Provide guidance, support, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to and that the site operates in compliance with local laws and industry standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets the required specifications and quality standards. Address any quality issues immediately and ensure corrective actions are taken.
