Shift Technician (Data Centre)

The Rotating Shift Technician is responsible for supporting 24×7 data centre operations, ensuring the reliability, safety, and continuity of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), critical infrastructure, and facilities systems in accordance with approved procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and safety requirements. . Perform continuous monitoring, routine patrols, and inspection of data centre infrastructure, critical facilities, and associated equipment. . Manage day-to-day maintenance coordination, and escalate any critical troubleshooting requirements that needs to be conducted by manufacturers. . Conduct routine checks of M&E and critical systems performance. . Record and report daily operating conditions, abnormalities, and system status. .
