The Role: Strategic Service Solutions and Critical Infrastructure Fulfillment This role focuses on leading the pre-sales design, solution architecture, and successful end-to-end fulfillment of service contracts for critical digital power infrastructure. You will be instrumental in developing high-level service strategies, translating client needs into viable service solutions for data centers, and overseeing project execution to guarantee adherence to contractual objectives and quality standards
Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and pain points to proactively design and propose comprehensive service solutions for data center critical power/cooling, Smart PV, and EV chargers. Develop and execute tailored Key-Account service strategies and build an aligned service ecosystem to meet complex industry requirements.
