Participate and collaborate with other help desk engineers and collectively work as a team to monitor and resolve tickets and requests in daily queue Fluent in Windows 7/10 Operating System operations and able to diagnose and resolve system issues Have solid foundational knowledge of core Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and Skype.
