About the Role

**Job Description:**

**Job Summary:** Responsible for the daily administration of National Accounts to ensure that customer requirements are met within the parameters of agreed contracts. The National Accounts Specialist is the Primary contact and is responsible for complete customer follow-up and general order administration.

**Essential Functions**

+ Set up accounts, maintain scale profiles for each customer site, receiving repair calls, dispatching to distributors, problem solving all account issues for both distributor and end customer
+ Ensure that all dispatching, billing and credits to distributors are entered accurately and timely
+ Receives and transmits all incoming calls, emails, and faxes to ensure that service calls are addressed timely
+ Responsible for all aspects of order entry for National Service ensuring accurate tracking of billing codes, services performed and customer’s ISO requirements
