Job Description

  • Receive inquiry/requirements from client/CSR/Sales team (internal and external assistance – calls, sms, viber, email etc.
  • Evaluate and assessment service ticket request provided by others (CSR, agent etc.)
  • Create ticket request
  • Concerns assessment & evaluation – coordination with warehouse for stocking/availability
  • Preparation & submission of quotations (on site check-up/assessemnt/repair works/pms)
  • Collection schedule coordination with client and amici billing team (for terms payment)
  • Service scheduling & coordination with the client thru email, phone call, calls and sms and viber prior traget schedule
  • Coordination/meeting with the team handling the specific task for their comment, suggestions, inputs & best solutions on the encountered problem of the equipment and improve our services to the client
