About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of test cell setup, buyoff and release including Engineering DOE and Sample Support
- Perform equipment conversion, setup, buyoff and basic technical troubleshooting
- Perform metrology equipment setup and basic technical troubleshooting
- Support DOE and engineering sample run and data collection including documentation
- Support lab instruments periodic calibration and maintenance
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Must passed SPM, including subject English & Mathematics
- 3-5 years working experience in semiconductor (Experience in Final Test will be added advantage)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Basic analytical and problem solving skill
- Knowledge in measurement and metrology tools
