Responsibilities:

Provides tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer, as needed; Performs operational administrative tasks, as needed; Configures and develops on the VAs instance of Service Now including routine changes or configuration adjustments as directed by the customer; Participates in Continual Service Improvement activities, as required by customer demands; Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases; Collaborates with other teammates in support of platform consistency and upgradability; Plans and manages meetings to solicit feedback from stakeholders, as needed; Participates in Agile and SAFe® ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value; Assists with report configuration and maintenance, as needed; Directly support the implementation of Service Now in the Fed RAMP Cloud environment; Partner with leadership t...
