About the Role

5+ years of product management experience with a focus on GRC platforms or compliance-heavy environments
Deep familiarity with policy lifecycle management, internal control frameworks, and audit readiness processes
Hands-on experience with platforms such as AuditBoard, OneTrust, ServiceNow, or similar tools
Strong understanding of data integration concepts (ETL vs. ELT, APIs, event streaming)
Experience designing tools for control effectiveness measurement, violation tracking, and governance reporting
Ability to drive alignment across risk, compliance, tech, and legal stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment
Comfortable leading agile product teams and engaging with business and technical audiences.
English: Advanced
