Senior .NET Developer (L3 Support) Core Banking

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality support and solutions.

What You'll Do

• Provide L3 production support for core banking applications related to Investment & Wealth Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and functional issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and business stakeholders
• Develop and deploy bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and system changes
• Support database-related troubleshooting and optimization (MS-SQL)
