Senior Manager, Wind Construction (Contracts Management)

Job Summary

Supports project delivery by assisting in contract preparation and compliance, coordinating with EPC contractors and vendors, and helping manage schedules, budgets, permits, and project documentation to ensure timely and compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Contracts and participate in contract negotiations together with contracting teams from technical and legal.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international legal requirements, analyze potential risks and maintain organized records during contract negotiations.
• Support permitting and jurisdictional approval processes as required for the project construction phases.
• Demonstrate experience with contract specification, EPC selection, and project implementation insurance.
• Review and manage EPC Contractor schedules, budgets, scope, subcontractors, EHS plans and permit compliance.
