is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist – Payroll (Upgrades). This role upgrades clients from legacy platforms to the current ADP Canada flagship platform. Key Responsibilities

Implement Payroll: follow a detailed end‑to‑end process guide and leverage automated tools from project kick‑off to go‑live/transition to service, including payroll analysis, interview, configuration request, employee load, testing, year‑to‑date load, payroll parallels, and netsecure migration, with support from the Implementation Team Lead and support team. Manage projects: for projects without an assigned PM, manage delivery and execution from initial identification to hand‑off to the Client Service Delivery team, and lead and motivate a cross‑functional team to implement projects in support of ADP Sales.
