About the Role
As a Senior Category Growth Manager you will be a key member of the Category Growth departement. This is a strategic role responsible for shaping and driving category and brand-led growth strategies across all offline channels.
You will act as the category owner and strategic business partner for Personal Care or Skincare portfolios, translating shopper insights and market data into winning commercial strategies. Working closely with Sales, Key Account, and Retail Marketing teams, you will ensure the category wins at shelf through superior insight, strong portfolio strategy, and channel excellence.
Unlike execution-focused roles, this position is centered on strategy, decision influence, ensuring alignment between brand ambition, customer reality, and category growth priorities.
