About the Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Oil Change and auto inspection Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate must know about automotive lubricants, oil/air filter change procedures, with the ability to lead and supervise junior technicians and ensure excellent customer service, having a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily oil and lubricants change services, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of oils, filters, and consumables and coordinate for timely restocking
- Assign duties to technicians and monitor performance to maintain efficiency and service standards.
- Making a duty roster/work schedule for technicians/staff to manage the workforce
