Senior Billing Operations Specialist

As our Senior Billing Operations Specialist , you will own the end-to-end billing and payments cycle within Finance – from subscription invoicing through collection, reconciliation and reporting. You will also own payment risk monitoring across our integrated hotel payment processing platform, including negative balance management, dispute lifecycle tracking and recovery coordination. You will take existing workflows and build them into structured, scalable and automated processes. The role spans three revenue streams: SaaS subscriptions, integrated payment processing and agency commission billing. Taking an automation-first approach, you will design and run billing and payments operations by leveraging platform automations and AI‑assisted monitoring to keep the team lean and effective.
