Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on
Senior AI Engineer / Technical Lead with 3–5+ years of practical experience
building AI-powered applications. This person will work directly on projects while providing technical guidance to a small team of AI Engineers. The ideal candidate has strong applied experience with LLMs, RAG, APIs, databases, evaluation, deployment, and software engineering practices, and can help the team turn prototypes into reliable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
