About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Handles staff insurance / benefit administration activities (i.e., enrollment, changes, and termination).
  • Assists in Annual Benefits renewal process.
  • Assists in issuing HR related letters as required.
  • Supports handling Workday data issues and enquiries.
  • Handles rewards distributions and benefit‑in‑kind tracking for payroll reporting.
  • Supports other ad‑hoc HR duties as assigned.
  • Back‑ups on initiating background screening and obtaining approvals for onboarding new joiners.
  • Maintains the personal file (P‑file) for Malaysia employees for the entire employee life cycle (from joining to exit).
  • Ensures mandatory documents are received and stored in agreed physical and digital formats.
