Wage: $20.00/ hour

**Position Type:** Full-Time (40 hrs/week) and Part-Time (16 hrs/week) opportunities available
**Shift:** 1st Shift (0600–1400)

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of 6–9 security officers. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and professional environment while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 6–9 security officers
+ Provide coaching, counseling, and corrective action when necessary
+ Create and manage officer schedules
+ Ensure site safety, professionalism, and policy compliance
+ Respond promptly to incidents and maintain a strong security presence
